  • Saw a legacy product through to the end of its useful life, and participated in UX strategy and design for a successor product, with complete freedom over the visual design, layout, and feature roadmap (Intrado/Intercall)

  • Fostered a team's transition from Sketch to Figma, including team mentoring, migration of product files, and a full reworking of design system components, documentation (Cadent)

  • Designed an MVP of a mobile product, while concurrently building the design system and reusable components for further user experience development (IrisCX)

  • Acted as lead designer on a Mobile product, while also acting as Product Owner, helping the development team with its backlog grooming and prioritization of new features (Hoot Meetings)

  • Recreated outdated specs and product documentation in Axure Pro, accounting for the needs of engineers and future designers (Intrado/Intercall)

  • Introduced research into an entirely hypothetical product design, implementing basic surveys and usability tests in UserTesting.com to identify pain points and evaluate an initial set of design decisions (Hoot Meetings)
